How It Works

Click "Add Category" to create a vendor group (e.g. Photographer, Florist, Caterer). Inside each category, click "Add Vendor" to enter a quote. Fill in the vendor name, their price, a star rating from 1 to 5, and any notes about what is included.

Best Price and Best Rated

Within each category, the vendor with the lowest quote is highlighted in green (best price). The vendor with the highest rating is highlighted in blue (best rated). If one vendor is both cheapest and highest rated, they receive a gold highlight. These badges help you spot the top options at a glance.

Exporting

Click "Export CSV" to download all categories and quotes as a spreadsheet you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers. No data leaves your browser; everything is saved locally.

Data Storage

All quotes, ratings, and notes are saved automatically in your browser's localStorage. Your data persists across visits and is never sent to a server.
